Founded in 2021, The Barn at Chrisman Mill is an ideal location for weddings, showers, business meetings, and family gatherings. We have capacity for up to 99 people and have the following included with any reservation:
- 2400 square foot of space
- Heat and AC in bathrooms, warming kitchen, and bride's dressing room
- Warming kitchen includes stove, refrigerator, microwave. No meals are to be prepared in kitchen, only warmed with appliances.
- 10 60" Round tables, seats 8
- 100 white folding chairs
- 4 8' buffet tables
- Handicap parking and handicap accessible restrooms
- Wedding Arch
- Podium stand for officiant
- Sound system with 2 speakers, 2 wired mics, 1 wireless lapel mic; Bluetooth enabled system with aux inputs
- Video projector
- Decor: chalk easels, bubble machines, curtains, table cloths, votive candles

Wedding Rates
- Fri & Sat $1500 min (50 people or less, $20/each additional guest up to max 99). This is for both days.
- Fri & Sat $2480 max (99 people). This is for both days.
- Sun $1000 min (50 people or less, $15/each additional guest up to max 99)
- Sun $1735 max (99 people)
- Mon - Thu 15% discount
- Active duty or retired military and first responders receive 10% discount
Short & Sweet Rates
- Mon - Thu, 4 Hours: $750, 30 guest max
Business/Government Meetings/Luncheons
- Mon - Thu, 10a - 2p, $375 for 30 guests, each additional guest $15; 2 hours max
- Mon - Thu, 4p - 11p, $750 for 30 guests, each additional guest $15; 4 hours max
